Strategic Plan
The Northville District Library has been working on a new strategic plan during the past year. This document will serve as a roadmap for how the Library provides service to the community for the next three years. The plan has been completed and is now available for public viewing. It focuses upon four key areas:
- How can the NDL provide relevant and in-demand materials and programs to the community?
- How can the NDL make the best use of its space?
- What can the NDL do to make its services more convenient and accessible throughout the City and Township of Northville?
- How can the NDL better inform residents of the vast array of offerings available to them?
