Regular Library Volunteer
Volunteers are generally scheduled for one day per week for approximately two hours. Volunteers work closely with staff and help with a variety of tasks ranging from processing new materials, data entry, correcting records on the computer, assisting with shelving projects and general clerical duties. We accept new volunteers on an as-needed basis.

Short Term Volunteer
We cannot guarantee the availability of volunteer hours on a short term basis, but we try to accommodate as best we can. Fill out the application above; it may take 3 - 4 weeks before we contact you.

TEEN VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

The Teen Advisory Board meets from October through June on the second Tuesday of each month and is open to any interested middle and high school students. TAB volunteers help the library out in a number of ways including with programming, displays, keeping the shelves orderly, and more. To join the TAB prospective volunteers must register for and attend the monthly meetings. Check out the Teen Advisory Board page for more information and the dates for the upcoming meetings!
