Friends Community Room, Northville District Library
Official Capacity: 20
Booking Period: Between 1 hour and 8 hours
- You must be a Library District resident, group, or business with a Northville address to book this room.
- For-profit entities will be charged a fee: Full Day: $50.00 Up to 4 Hours: $25.00
- You are responsible for room set up and clean up.
- You may book a room up to 6x per year.
- Only light refreshments allowed in Meeting Rooms (ex: cookies, packaged snacks, covered beverages)
- The Meeting Room may not be reserved more than three (3) months in advance.
- A 15-minute cleanup is considered part of your room booking. You are responsible for cleaning up and leaving the room before the next scheduled group.
ROOM EQUIPMENT:
- 6 tables, 20 chairs
- 80" HD TV screen
- Podium, Whiteboard
- HDMI plugins only
- All other connections require a converter (please bring your own) or wireless connection to equipment
- Other equipment (BluRay/DVD, Apple TV, Roku Express) available upon request
The Library does NOT provide laptop computers for use in the meeting room(s). You are expected to bring your own computer if you need to present. Please ensure your device provides an HDMI connection.
