Summer Reading Monday, June 1 - Saturday, August 8
All ages. Read over the summer and earn prizes! Track your time spent reading on the free Beanstack app or pick up a paper log from the Information Desk. When you finish your reading challenge, check in with the librarian at the Information Desk to receive your prizes. Youth finishers will receive a book of their choice to take home, a spin on our new prize wheel, and an entry into the grand prize drawing.
The last day to turn in your log and claim your prize is Saturday, August 8. Limit one challenge per participant.

Summer Reading Finale Party
Wednesday, August 5 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM Rain Date: Wednesday, August 12 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM Park next to the library 212 West Cady St, Northville, MI, 48167 All ages. Join us for an evening of outdoor fun, games, and treats to celebrate the end of Summer Reading. The party will take place in the park behind the Library. Drop in. In the case of inclement weather, this event will take place on Wednesday, August 12 from 5:30-7:30 PM. No Registration Required.

Unearth a Story Storytime
Friday, August 7 at 10:30 AM Ages birth – 5 years, with a caring adult. Get ready for a dino-mite storytime that includes songs, rhymes, movements, and stories that let little explorers hatch their big imaginations while building early literacy skills. Register for Unearth a Story Storytime.

STEAM Discovery Stations
Saturday, August 8 at 11 AM Ages 5-12. Explore a variety of STEAM activities, such as Snap Circuits, marble runs, building projects, and more, at your own pace. Register for STEAM Discovery Stations.
