  • $90 replacement fee for adaptive controller, and $20 replacement fee for carry case assessed 14 days after due date.
  • Do not make any modifications or alterations to the controller
  • PlayStation 5 Adaptive Controller can only be checked out at and returned to the Northville District Library.
  • MUST BE RETURNED TO THE NORTHVILLE DISTRICT LIBRARY CIRCULATION DESK. DO NOT PLACE KIT IN BOOKDROP OR RETURN TO ANY OTHER LIBRARIES.
  • Please ensure all supplies are in good condition and placed in the case before returning.

Borrowing Policy:

Borrower must be 18 years or older and have a valid and unblocked Northville District Library card.
