Borrowing & Use Guidelines:

• Borrower must be 18 years old or older and have a valid Northville District Library card.
• 14 Day Loan – No Holds/No Renewals
• $2 per day overdue fine.
• $80.00 replacement fee assessed 14 days after due date.
• $46.00 replacement fee for 2 booklets, 5 laminated maps, 5 premade laminated character sheets, 1 blank laminated character sheet.
• $15.00 replacement fee for 48 dice, 35 DND mini figures (cardboard) with12 clear plastic stands.
• $16.00 replacement fee for mailer bag.
• $2.00 replacement fee for two mall mailer bags.
• Dungeons & Dragons Game Kit are only checked out at and returned to the Northville District Library.
• MUST BE RETURNED TO THE NORTHVILLE DISTRICT LIBRARY CIRCULATION DESK. DO NOT PLACE KIT IN BOOKDROP OR RETURN TO ANY OTHER LIBRARIES.
• Please ensure all supplies are in good condition and placed in the case before returning.
