The Next Chapter: A 55+ Book Discussion Group: Go as a River by Shelley Read
Join us for our monthly 55+ book discussion group, The Next Chapter, in collaboration with Northville Senior Services. We will meet at the Community Center the third Wednesday of each month at 11 AM. We plan to alternate fiction and non-fiction titles.
This month’s selection is Go As a River by Shelley Read. On a cool autumn day in 1948, Victoria Nash delivers late-season peaches from her family’s farm set amid the wild beauty of Colorado. As she heads into her village, a disheveled stranger stops to ask her the way. How she chooses to answer will unknowingly alter the course of both their young lives.
