    Borrowing & Use Guidelines:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    • Borrower must be 18 years or older and have a valid and unblocked Northville District Library card.<\/li>\n
    • 14 day loan (no renewals and no consecutive checkouts).<\/li>\n
    • No holds allowed.<\/li>\n
    • $2 per day overdue fine.<\/li>\n
    • $90 replacement fee for adaptive controller, and $20 replacement fee for carry case assessed 14 days after due date.<\/li>\n
    • Do not make any modifications or alterations to the controller<\/li>\n
    • PlayStation 5 Adaptive Controller can only be checked out at and returned to the Northville District Library.<\/li>\n
    • MUST BE RETURNED TO THE NORTHVILLE DISTRICT LIBRARY CIRCULATION DESK.\u00a0DO NOT PLACE KIT IN BOOKDROP\u00a0<\/u>OR RETURN TO ANY OTHER LIBRARIES.<\/strong><\/li>\n
