Payment can be cash, check or credit card.<\/li>\n<li>Rooms may not be reserved more than (3) months in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Reservation requests will not be accepted until the Library&#8217;s quarterly program schedule has been finalized. An approximate schedule for when reservation requests will be accepted for each upcoming quarter is listed below:\n<ul>\n<li>Starting November 15 for December &#8211; February<\/li>\n<li>Starting February 15 for March &#8211; May<\/li>\n<li>Starting May 15 for June &#8211; August<\/li>\n<li>Starting August 15 for September &#8211; November<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"1\" data-uw-rm-heading=\"level\"><strong>Equipment<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Tables and chairs available in all rooms. All other equipment such as DVD, Blu-Ray, Marker Board, microphone, etc. must be reserved at the time a Meeting Room Request Form is completed.<\/li>\n<li>Room Hookups: <strong>Carlo Meeting Room<\/strong>: HDMI or Wireless via ClickShare only. VGA devices should bring their own adapter.<br \/>\n<strong> Friends Community Room:<\/strong> HDMI or Apple TV Mirror, Audio controls via remote control for TV, DVD\/BluRay player, Source Selectable via remote control and switch.<br \/>\n<em>Both Rooms: Projection Equipment requires remote from staff to use.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\" data-uw-rm-heading=\"level\"><strong>How To Request A Room<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/?page_id=22362\" data-uw-rm-brl=\"PR\" data-uw-original-href=\"\/?page_id=22362\">Request online<\/a> or fill out a <a href=\"https:\/\/northvillelibrary.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Meeting-Room-Request-Form-REVISED.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-label=\"Meeting Room Request form - open in a new tab\" data-uw-rm-ext-link=\"\" data-uw-pdf-br=\"1\" data-uw-pdf-doc=\"\">Meeting Room Request form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Your meeting room request will be reviewed. It is not approved or confirmed until you receive a separate confirmation from the library.<\/li>\n<li>Please check your email spam folder in case you do not receive a response from NDL regarding your booking request.<\/li>\n<li>Requests are checked Monday through Friday ONLY.
