ESL Collection

The ESL collection of the Northville District Library includes books and audiovisual products to support learners of English. The resources range from basic to intermediate level grammar, writing, reading and pronunciation. The Library offers study guides for the TOEFL iBT, IELTS, TOEIC, and citizenship tests.

Foreign Language Collections

To find foreign language books and magazines in Michigan libraries try International Books or International Periodicals. Go to the catalog of the library which owns the books or magazines in the language of your choice; then search by title, author or subject, i.e. “[French] language materials”. To have books delivered to the Northville District Library via MelCat, please ask a librarian for assistance.
